A convenient kit featuring fresh, easy-to-use ingredients to make creamy Potato Leek Soup. Each kit consists of 2 packages of Cleaned and Sliced Leeks (6 ounces each), 1 bag Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes (3 pounds), 1 package (3 ounces) shallot, 1 package jumbo garlic (2 count), 1 bunch thyme and 1 bunch curly parsley. For added zing to your soup, a splash of our tangy and spicy Costa Azul Sauce.

Thanks to our Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes (DYP’s) and Cleaned and Sliced Leeks, Potato Leek Soup comes together in 1 hour or less. DYP’s are small round potatoes with thin golden yellow skin and creamy white flesh—no peeling or chopping is required to make this soup. In addition, our Cleaned and Sliced Leeks cut prep time in half since they are ready to use straight from the package.

Combine with basic kitchen staples from your home—butter, milk, chicken stock, and salt and pepper for a warm and hearty soup. Each kit makes 10-12 servings of soup.
